We have converted to VOIP service from AT&T. I have one phone working on the new service and I’m now trying to get all of our inside phone jacks converted. AT&T sent me instructions on how to accomplish this task with pictures and everything but they didn’t include one thing–pictures and instructions for phone equipment that is 30 years old. Nothing they sent me at all resembles what I actually have so after much experimentation with no success I am going to bring in the experts to solve the problem. I’m on the phone now–on hold–trying to set up an appointment for technical service. All will be solved shortly. Meanwhile, I am getting your voice mail messages.
By the way, nice touch adding the weather conditions for all points of family interest–I like it. Now, how do we get others in the family to start “blogging”??
